Informatics Capability Building Coordinator (m/w/d) - Lean Six Sigma/ IT / GSuite /German/ Management

For our customer a big pharmaceutical company situated in Kaiseraugst we are searching for a highly qualified Informatics Capability Building Coordinator (m/w/d)

Backgound:

The ASPIRE Informatics Capability building coordinator supports the implementation of the training and capability development strategy for the ASPIRE program whilst considering the learning environment of associated projects and/or teams. The candidate will work in close collaboration with the global and local training teams to ensure that there are effective training elements in place. The candidate is responsible for co-defining the learning strategy for the ASPIRE Informatics community and implementing capability building programs based on identified needs and in line with the Program's Learning strategy. The candidate will be working closely with Informatics experts, functional training leads, instructional designers, and Cornerstone coordinators. The ASPIRE Informatics Capability building coordinator will also monitor and enhance the success of training by evaluating courses, learning platforms, content effectiveness, and customer satisfaction and will provide effective learning solutions that meet the program timelines and end-user needs in line with the defined learning and capability-building strategy.

The perfect candidate is someone with a training background who understands the IT Processes within a project, Matrix and agile setting. We are looking for a professional to senior candidate.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
. Work with, and support the ASPIRE Informatics Training Manager in the implementation of the training strategy for the Informatics target audience
. Support the development and delivery of relevant training activities such as E-learning, SAP Learning platform online courses, engagement of target audiences in relevant project activities, organization of workshops, communications materials
. Collaborate with various stakeholders to align capabilities essential for customer success
. Develop sound dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPI's), identify trends, and monitor training effectiveness for the existing sources (Cornerstone, SAP Learning Hub, etc.)
. Contribute to a strategic capability-building plan for ASPIRE Informatics through needs assessment and collaboration with stakeholders
. Assess the impact of training on employee performance and ensure continuous improvement
. Ensure internal customer expectations for training strategy, materials, and deployment are met (deployment teams, product/process teams)
. Manage the continuous improvement, delivery, and maintenance of a robust onboarding program for new Informatics joiners in the ASPIRE program
. Co-design and implement training mechanisms that are fit for purpose and scalable for the industrialized rollout approach
. Establish, maintain and adhere to style guides and design standards that provide a consistent framework for the development of training materials

Must haves:
. Min. Bachelor degree in Business Management, IT environment or Training related Certificates or equivalent work experience
. Min. 5+ years' experience in preparation, development and administration of training programs including and systems, trainings and curricula development
. Hands-on experience in IT training implementation and experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
. Sound understanding of IT processes in a project environment (eg Project Coordinator or Consultant role), preferred in a Matrix organization and within an agile setting
. Experience in training analytics and reporting, including dashboard design
. Highly proficiency in GSuite Applications
. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, fluency in written and spoken English
. Knowledge of authoring and online learning development tools (eg Articulate 360/Adobe Captivate/Assima)
. Communicates with credibility and confidence
. Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including a customer-focused approach, and highly effective teamwork and collaboration skills
. Innovative and creative thinker
. Effectively formulates strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve results
. Ability to extrapolate feedback to assess learning deliverable
. Generates enthusiasm and drive for commitment to excellence

Nice to Haves:
. Lean/SixSigma experience preferred
. Successful working experience in pharmaceutical quality and standards activities preferred
. German is benefial
. Advanced knowledge of compliance processes and tools, especially CSS
