The Role

To enable this digital transformation we are developing a Global Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP), which encompasses the one Integration strategy (API-First) and platform, for and by the business, to enable our decentralized organization for self-service integrations and digital growth. As part of the strategy we also provide global top line order2cash E-business services with B2B partners and remain compliant with local legal requirements.

To ensure we deliver high quality integration services across the landscape, we are now looking for an Enterprise Integration Manager within our Solutions and Architecture team.

Your Mission

  • As Enterprise Integration Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the delivery of IT products and solutions. The ideal Enterprise Integration Manager has excellent people/stakeholder management and influencing skills and a proven track record in building IT solutions/products.
  • Through a combination of coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback, you lead your team towards the future and are a true guide towards the digital transition. You develop people and capabilities, set standards for how work is done, and drives functional excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • End-to-End responsibility for all solutions/products or platforms within your team
  • Further develop the Hybrid Integration Platform, strategy and capabilities with a strong focus to self-service, reusability, community engagement, change management.
  • You drive a new global digital program for eBusiness customer EDI and e-Invoice with an industrialized approach by standardize solutions and processes fit for purpose.
  • You still manage our global Integration Legacy environments and active follow up migrations to reduce costs & technical dept.
  • Ensure alignment between team members, highlighting common processes, challenges, and goals. Drive your team members to work as one unit, rather than individuals responsible for their segment of the Enterprise Integration domain.
  • Liaise closely with the people in your team, ensuring they are trained and equipped for their role. Work with initiative and project leads in setting your team's priorities, including overseeing their day-to-day work. Continuously ensure your team has the proper staffing to deliver a superior solution/product/platform.
  • You collaborate with other Team Leads and manage integration and dependencies between practices to set up the optimal model for support and strengthening an Agile delivery environment.
  • Participate in the solution design process in collaboration with the architect and technical experts.
  • By following the developments within your field and continuously strengthen your managerial skills, you profile yourself as a reliable Enterprise Integration Manager.
  • Serve as the Ambassador for your field. Be known as the expert in your field, the go-to person for any area of Enterprise Integration. Set and communicate the direction and general roadmap for Enterprise Integration

Technical/Soft Skills

  • Experience within the IT profession (at least 3 years in the domain of Enterprise Application Integration and/or E-business)
  • Proven experience & knowledge as a Solution/Product Owner/Architect
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills and strong analytical abilities
  • Positive attitude and good communications skills allowing for a reliable and discrete relationship with your colleagues
  • Experience in a managerial and people management role is a strong asset
  • Familiar with the principles of the Kanban and Agile Methodology
  • Multiple years utilizing IT Service Management methodology
