About you:
You are an experienced technical leader that has managed a team in the past. You understand the feature SDLC from inception to releasing to production and post monitoring to ensure that you've met your goals. You are a strong communicator and like to keep your stakeholders in the loop. You also understand what it takes to create an inclusive culture where everyone feels safe to share their opinions and ideas.

Day-to-day, you will:
• Lead a team of passionate native mobile developers and help them deliver their user stories defined by our Business Analyst.
• Run all agile ceremonies and report back blockers to Development manager and stakeholders.
• Prioritise work, understand the team's velocity and project code completion date.
• Analyse production data to understand how our application is used, identify errors and raise them to the PO to be prioritised in our backlog.
• Manage releases, operational issues and tech support, work with external partners where needed.

As a well-rounded leader, your Skills and Experiences likely include:
• Communicate progress throughout your (and your teams) work, highlighting risks, issues and where relevant proposing contingencies & solutions.
• Deliver and ensure your team deliver an excellent standard of code consistent with the businesses defined best practices and standards.
• Take full responsibility for our agile software development activities (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and backlog creation activities).
• Employee line management and HR duties including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, mentoring, and appraising staff.
• Mentor and educate the developers within the team to adopt best standards and methodologies in relation to their platform.
