Service Delivery Manager - Interested in Cyber Security - £60,000 + Bonus

We are currently recruiting and working with a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) who currently provide customers with an innovative managed IT security solutions, so a very exciting and dynamic opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong SDM/Service Management Background so cyber security is NOT essential

The client has now won a 5 year contract with a multinational and internal business, which has in the region of 10,000 users + and this now means they require a Service Delivery Manager with experience or an interest in project management. As a service delivery manager you will work as part of a dedicated team to drive the implementation of a series of cybersecurity technologies, mainly across SOC operations

In terms of the background, you will need to have experience in providing structured IT service management covering service design, transition, operation, and continual service improvement in line with ITIL principles.

The project requires an individual who can help set up service management processes, structure, and alignment for end-to-end services so you will be well organized and detailed in your work.

This role is wholly dedicated to supporting a sensitive piece of critical national infrastructure; therefore, the successful candidate must have or be eligible for SC clearance.
