Customer Success Manager - $75,000 - $80,000 + Comms

Tampa, Florida - 3-5 days WFO - Permanent Role

My client are a well SaaS Vendor currently recruiting for a Customer Success Manager to join and manage their growing team based in Tampa.

This role will require the candidate to be in the office at least 3 days a week.

Key skills for the role:

• Possess a successful proven track record of writing for the web
• To be able to liaise with other teams within the company
• Have the drive to give customer satisfaction
• Exhibit strong attention to detail
• Have the ability to identify and implement improvements in customer experiences
• To identify whitespace opportunities in partner accounts

To be successful as a Customer Success Manager you will need to:

• At least 3 years experience within service delivery or presales
• Experience with SaaS technologies
• Educated to Business, IT or Computer Science degree level
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
• Holds a clean driving license
