One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a French speaking Integration Specialist (Virtual Machines, Linux, VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V).

For this role you can work remotely.

Location: flexible across EMEA.
Minimum travel requirements, majority of tasks can be conducted remotely but initial meetings with the customers' IT department, final testing and project approval sometimes need to be done on-site in European or foreign countries dependent on your language

Role/what will the assignment consist of
As Project Manager (m/f) IT Implementation and Support, you will ensure on-time installation and high-level support of our software solutions.

Tasks
Integrate SPI software solutions into hospital IT environments
o Take responsibility for integration projects and manage customer expectations
o Assess client infrastructure and define requirements
o Understand customers goals and communicate with IT and stakeholders to achieve the best possible integration solution
o Plan and perform integration activities within hospital environments, especially set up, configure and maintain applications
o Setting up interfaces between customer and SPI systems
o Enhance and co-develop new interfaces
o Guide, educate and support all technically involved stakeholders
o Comply with security and privacy requirements
o Document project related tasks

Offer Support Services and Software Care to installed base
o Ensure 2nd level customer support
o Mitigate and solve problems with the SPI software, find solutions to customer-specific problems in connection with the software
o Install software updates

Shape SPI product portfolio
o Discuss customer feedback with the project team and bring in your ideas for new SPI features and enhancements
o Support application testing
o Support POCs and pilot projects to test new features

Continuously improve efforts to standardize implementation and support activities
Create and design concepts for common integration issues that are aligned with the overall product strategy together with product management and development
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Support our Commercial Team (sales) in pre-sales activities regarding IT integration
Minimum travel requirements, majority of tasks can be conducted remotely but initial meetings with the customers' IT department, final testing and project approval sometimes need to be done on-site in European or foreign countries dependent on your language.

v Knowledge requirements (eg. tools, such as JIRA and/or others).
o Needs to have technical proficiency with working with Virtual Machines and be competent with Linux/Command line. Other technical skills would be advantageous
v Qualification
o Professional with 5+ years' experience in IT project management and/or software support
o Experience in healthcare sector is a plus
o Strong problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
o Ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key partners, mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict
o Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbally
o Ability to work and solve problems under pressure in emergency situations and with a quick response complying with SLA requirements
o Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to change

Your IT skills:
o Working with virtual machines: VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, etc.
o Working in Linux environments, especially on the command line
o Basic knowledge about Docker: How to work with containers and images
o Working with web applications and RESTful APIs

Optional:
o General understanding of standard healthcare interfaces HL7 and/or DICOM
o JavaScript programming
o GraphQL
o Using NextGen Integration Engine (formerly Mirth Connect)
