Permanent Role- Insurance Company - Hybrid
What you'll be working on
In your new role as Senior Project Manager for one of the leading Insurance companies you will be responsible of managing Business Project change, controlling the Budget and adhere to the agreed KPIs. You will have to provide excellent leadership in order to drive initiatives timely and with high standards and being able to work in large size projects. You will be in charge of defining project scope and might contribute to the team acting as lead project manager. You will be managing all the activities on a project including business process design, communications, training, testing, business transition etc.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new company, you'll need to have a degree in IT, engineering or equivalent, around 7 years' experience in relevant Project Management roles, proven track record in managing multiple complex projects, where transformational change was implemented. You will also have to display good negotiation and planning skills together with ability to prioritise. You will also need to demonstrate relationship and stakeholders' management skills.
