Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a project that will improve and enhance the Development Program within the Wealth Management area. The role requires someone with a background in Learning & Development who has ideally come from within Financial Services.

This is an 8-month contract based in Zurich

Main responsibilities:

• Support the Team Leader and Senior Program Managers in transitioning the current training initiatives and training landscape to an updated global Wealth Management training landscape
• Coordinate the review, planning, setup, and implementation of existing and new training initiatives in class-room trainings as well as digital learning tools such as Degreed, Saba Virtual Classroom, and Zoom
• Organise training events while working closely with other Program Managers, Learning Business Partner, Team Lead, and the Learning Administration Team
• Record and updating relevant data and information in the learning management system
• Optimise process flows, electronic and virtual tools used to keep up to date, simplify, or improve processes

Your skills:

• 2-3 years of experience working as a Project Coordinator
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (esp. PowerPoint and Excel) and virtual training tools like Zoom, MS Teams, and Skype
• Ideally some work experience in the financial industry
• Ability and pleasure to analyse existing training frameworks and coordinate and report updates and changes
• Comfortable working in fast paced environments
• Professional level of English (C1-C2) and good knowledge of German (B1-B2)
