SALES AND TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Candidate must have:
CRM management
Oracle CRM
Sales Management background, then moved into systems and analytics of CRMs
OR has a Business Development background, then moved into systems and analytics of CRMs
Must know the Power of Sales

My client is a well-known distribution Company with 80 retail stores located across the US. They are growing and expanding and in need of a Superstar to manage and lead their Oracle CRM Platform to the next level. This leader will be responsible for technology programs to transform relationship management and customer interaction capabilities, primarily leveraging Oracle's CRM platform. You will be the subject matter expert for CRM system functions and capabilities. You will lead the Oracle CRM technology platform and implement technology solutions using best in class CRM solutions to support the Company's CRM business strategy

  • Manage relationships with existing and new customers, sales leads, opportunities, sales activities through CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Siebel)
  • Ensure the CRM system is acting as an effective sales funnel.
  • Foster and Monitor Customer Relationships via CRM system
    Identification of opportunities in the life cycle to increase customer acquisition, conversion and retention
  • Development of a robust, actionable lead management strategy and program
  • Integration of CRM with Legacy systems
  • Development and management of a lead management program including automated marketing that engages and pulls prospects and customers through the life cycle
  • Conceptualize, develop and implement CRM processes and systems that will drive new customers, sales opportunities, increased sales and user adoption
  • Keep metrics and trends such as lead conversion rates and analytics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience
  • MBA a plus
  • Proven work experience as a CRM Manager/Director or similar role.
  • 3+ years' experience working with Oracle CRM
  • Solid background in sales, customer experience and sales strategies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, SugarCRM, Siebel Salesforce or similar applications a plus.
  • Experience with data-driven software programs and business analytics are a must
  • Certification a Plus
  • Hands On Knowledge of CRM Systems. Plus working knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Systems.
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and relationship with other systems (ERP, CPQ, Marketing Campaign Systems)
