A Bio/Pharma company is looking for a Portfolio Manager to join their Strategy, Planning, Operations and Product Managers team. Some of the main responsibilities are described below. If you are interested, do not hesitate to submit your application and we'll be in touch!

Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Strategy, Planning and Operations and Product Owners in the development and execution of strategic priorities and objectives
- Support the coordination and facilitation of quarterly strategic planning activities and big room planning with stakeholder groups - driving and facilitating aspects as required
- Work with stakeholders to communicate and align on integrated planning activities across markets, divisions, and teams
- Support the development and maintenance of a single team delivery/outcome plan, aligning product owners toward a single shared vision
- Guide the team in establishing normalized estimates and help the team estimate discoveries, features, and capabilities with respect to team capacity
- Monitor performance of products to identify gaps or opportunities that will further drive progress toward strategic priorities - continuously assess performance against agreed KPIs
- Ensure delivery of value to the customer with all outcomes and track progress accordingly
- Ensure adoption and adherence to Novartis practices and policies, assuring that these are transparent to the respective organization
- Manage ongoing alignment and integration across a combined portfolio of products and services in line with overall strategy and priorities
- Support Product Owners in their efforts to manage and prioritize a backlog of work and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope
- Manage reporting to stakeholders in a way that meets their needs and enables seamless collaboration across functions/teams
- Embody and drive a product and agile mindset in the team that will facilitate regular delivery of value and outcomes to the customer

Requirements:
- University degree with an advanced degree in science and/or business preferred
- Knowledge in project management
- Experience in Agile/Product management and consultancy is a plus
- Proactiveness
- Team player
- Do-er
- English: Excellent fluency in oral and written
- Second language is a plus
