Service/Experience Designer - Contract role - 3 months initial - inside of IR35

North Highland are looking for passionate Experience Designers to join us as part of work in a people-centric culture and working environment.

My client are looking for 6 supplemental team members to enable execution against a 2 year experience roadmap. These team members will focus on blueprinting (within the client's templates and standards) the support services group activities including requests, triaging, ticketing, tracking, etc.

Required Skills:

• Service design
• Experience design
• Blueprinting
• CX
• Support and call centre experience a plus

Required Experience:

• 3 years' experience with blueprinting and service design
• Familiar with concepts and able to ramp up in the client's ways of doing things quickly and without basic methodology coaching

Duration: 3 months initial with potential extension

Location: hybrid Dunstable - flexible working.

Daily rate: £450 - £520 per day (inside of IR35)
