From a skills, traits and competency perspective, you'll have some of the following:

  • Extensive expertise in a digital transformation setting.
  • An in-depth understanding of typical cloud (Microsoft, Google, AWS) usage scenarios including the ability to select the right tool for the job .
  • An understanding of DevOps and SecOps tools, techniques and design patterns.
  • Production of architectural enterprise solution designs & technical designs (High Level & Low Level designs where appropriate).
  • Legacy platform migration and business/operational switch-over strategies.
  • An understanding of the requirements elicitation and analysis process (incl. Business & Technology Requirements).
  • Scoping new technologies and technical opportunities.
  • CRM platforms and their use in customer service environments.
  • Data architecture, master data management and database concepts.
  • Defining connectivity requirements (network) and enhancements.
  • Ensuring efficiencies through economies of scale, intelligent use of technology, contract negotiations.
  • Contact Centre Design, build and deployment.
  • Strong consultancy and interpersonal skills - customer facing and puts team before self.
  • Proven knowledge and experience of working within architecture frameworks eg TOGAF.
  • Understanding of the service life cycle is essential eg ITIL.

Pay and benefits are excellent, with these roles paying up to £110k (depending on skills/experience) and coupled with private healthcare, unlimited holidays, matched pension contribution and a host of other incentives including annual bonus.
