Prestigious Enterprise Company is currently seeking a Sr. CX One Contact Center Developer. Candidate will be a key executor to the team, driving full (and accurate) adoption of modern software engineering and delivery practices using Cx One and Glance

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years experience in Contact Center technologies
  • Understanding of infrastructure associated with Contact center technology setup
  • Good understanding of Computer networks and managing issues related to calls through CX one or similar
  • Masters degree or similar in Information Technology/Computer science
  • knowledge and experience in designing and implementing solutions in CX one or similar
  • CI/CD knowledge - Autorabit or similar tools
  • Advanced proficiency with multiple programming languages
  • Clear understanding of software development methodologies
  • CX One
  • Contact Center Experience
