SAP Retail Lead-CAR

The SAP Retail Lead will be a member of the Global Application Services team and provide application support for SAP's S4 Fashion Solution for the Retail module. This position will bring subject matter expertise specific to the sales area including:

Stock protection and stock sharing

Replenishment via Stock Transfer Order

Store Inventory Management

Store Operations via SAP Gateway/FIORI

Integration with RDIF solutions in the stores

Pricing, Promotions, Bonus buys and Gift cards

CAR Integration

Click and collect, Return in store and other Omni-channel processes

The SAP Retail Lead will provide end-user support for the SAP S4 Retail/CAR module, support continuous improvement activities, and interface across the application administration and architecture team. The Retail Lead will support various testing activities, including support for project testing, documentation of testing for minor changes, coordination of user testing, etc. The SAP Retail Lead would also be responsible for providing troubleshooting guidance to analysts for incident remediation and incident resolution. He/she will be responsible to identify opportunities for service optimizations and smaller enhancements that lead to reduction in user errors and incidents.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Provide functional and technical support including configuration for S4 Retail/CAR module.

Engage the internal business customers to identify resolutions for issues raised

Develop functional specification for custom ABAP development, and enlighten the development team of the business requirements.

Responsible for unit and integration testing; make changes to configuration or processes based on results while adhering to the agreed upon business requirements.

Develop and administer user support documentation and provide training/coaching to end-users, guiding the business on the appropriate use of the SD module.

Provide technical guidance to Retail functional analysts, vendors/partners with respect to incident resolution and remediation.

Provide technical guidance to non-SAP IT groups and outside vendors that need to interface to SAP/S4 Retail/CAR Module.

Take ownership of end-to-end Retail capabilities and work with other systems used by the Retail business users should the need arise.

This position may require some travel, both domestically and internationally based on project requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

10 plus year systems and business analysis experience. Apparel experience highly preferred.

10 plus years of experience working with SAP Retail/SAP S4 for HANA/SAP CAR/Industry Certification

Significant experience with incident management, configuration, and testing.

Strong experience with Master Data Management integration

Experience with incident management and strong understanding of various types across a techno-functional landscape

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.

Skills:

IT background in functional design and implementation of SAP modules.

Strong customer focus orientation and strong planning skills.

Must have excellent partnership skills and must be able to work with a highly diverse workforce, domestically and internationally.

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
