Security and Cyber Solutions team is looking for a Senior System Analyst to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The System Analyst will play a critical role in creating new product functionalities within the platform, including world-class Back End and consumer-facing features.
This role adopts the hybrid working model meaning you would be required to be on-site 2 days per week in Dublin.

Role:

* Work with a team of talented developers to develop high performance, high volume Java fraud management applications
* Work closely with technical leads to define features, elaborate user stories and acceptance criteria, and story point estimates in a SAFe/Agile methodology format
* Participate in JAD sessions and lead review sessions of technical requirements/stories
* Aid in creating prototype designs for components of applications or projects, and writes basic documentation (such as pseudo code, test plans and scripts)
* Assist with analysis of support ticket issues
* Hunger for Systems and Technical knowledge - constantly analysing and innovating new, better approaches to our systems
