A Midlands based Project Office Administrator is urgently required, whilst our client put's in a new system.

The role will be remote/home based with travel to our client's offices in Warwickshire on a weekly basis.

Ideally we are looking for someone with some project office type experience, however we would also consider a Graduate/Administrator who can pick things up quickly, be really organised, enjoy working with spreadsheets and problem solving.

This role is to look after IT resource requests, due to the current volume of project work.

The role involves:
  • Taking requests from a mailbox and logging them in a spreadsheet and identifying the correct resource gatekeeper and sending on the request
  • Chasing up open requests
  • Attending meetings to review open requests and getting updates
  • Confirming or declining requests with the requestor and updating the log
  • Cross checking requests against the project plans
  • Cross checking requests that are being closed to check we hold the correct details about any external resource (eg contractors) and if the need to timesheet
  • Resolving problem requests
Must be able to start by end April 2022 at the latest.
