Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, one of the leading financial institutions in Zurich, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support the Global Operations Change division and focus on Swiss securities service strategy, especially custody services.
This is an 8-months contract.
Main responsibilities:
Document target process- and control models within the custody services space according to BPMN 2.0 utilising tools such as EnterpriseArchitect
Coordinate process design workshops
Prepare presentations for alignment across stakeholders and architecture community
Your skills:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis and process documentation within a tear-1/tear-2 custody service provider
- Ability to interact with many stakeholders
- Able to work across multiple technology stacks
- Strong modelling skills in BPMN 2.0 utilising tools such as EnterpriseArchitect
- Knowledge of securities operations processes and solid understanding of global financial service infrastructures is a plus
- Banking industry, ideally with specific knowledge of settlements and securities transaction
- Fluency in English - German is a plus
