We are looking for an experienced Compliance Model Validator to oversee the models for one of The Netherlands biggest banks, working against vital compliance risk issues such as money laundering and terrorism financing. As part of this team, key aim is to provide guidance, assistance and contest the business, making sure you are closely monitoring and maintaining the models, while establishing a mitigation with any relevant compliant risks. To do that, you must be able to act as a leader of second-line analysis while also challenging your fellow developers and management for optimal results.

Based on your knowledge and expertise we expect you to have the following:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any academic field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer, Auditor, or Consultant in the financial sector.
• Extensive knowledge of Financial Economic Crime
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
