PMO Administrator/Analyst

PMO Administrator/Analyst - Swedish Speaking - Remote + Stockholm

We are currently searching for a Swedish PMO Administrator to join one of our clients in Stockholm.

Skills:

• Experience of working in a PMO administrator or support role (12months +)
• 12months + of successfully assisting the management of projects across different environments to achieve successful outcomes.
• Prior experience supporting the PMO Lead by reporting by collating data and report content.
• Drafting, managing and archiving project documentation and processes, particularly Excel and word templates.
• Working closely with the PMO Lead to develop, improve and embed project management, risk management & Quality assurance processes, templates, tools and systems.

Start: ASAP/Within April

Duration: 9 months +

Location: Stockholm/Remote

Languages: Swedish & English
