On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Junior Relationship Manager with fluency in German and English.

Overview of the project:

• Client Resolution and Retention is a team of experienced relationship managers responsible handling special client situations such as termination of clients' relationships whose domicile is outside of Switzerland, transfers of relationships between legal entities and managing relationships with legal issues

Responsibilities:

• Managing diverse client cases, products and a broad set of tasks to ensure comprehensive fulfillment of services until closure of a relationship, including client management and possible retention
• Perform a variety of tasks in the areas of relationship management such as daily client contact through our hotlines and helping clients close their accounts by seeking the most optimal solutions for them in terms of selling of products and termination of mortgages

Skills:

• Fluency in German; good command of English and an additional language is an advantage
• A couple of years of Banking experience is a must, preferably CS experience with good knowledge of the bank systems and processes
• Experience as a Client Facing Employee in previous jobs
• Excellent communication skills and client service driven personality
• Good team player being able to blend well in teams as well as to work independently on his/her own
