Title: Technical Delivery Lead - R&R

Location: Remote Working (You will be required to be onsite on a need to be basis in Paddington)

Duration: Permanent

Budget: £70,000 - £75,000 PA + Benefits

General

• Programme managing large transformation programmes
• Programme managing large network transformation programmes preferred
• Regulated procurement activities
• Working with managed service providers
• Managing 3rd parties as part of large delivery programme
• Relevant telecoms or related experience
• Adhere to programme reporting and governance
• Own the technical elements of the cost model
• Lead the comms and engagement with Routes & Regions (raise awareness, gather feedback on proposed strategy and deployment approach)
• Own the relationship and manage selected partner to deploy the technical solution, working with the programme's other functions, such as design & Integrity, test & transition and business change

Technical

1. Own the relationship with the hardware supplier for the technical templated network design and bill of materials
2. Capture business and non-functional requirements with the BA team
3. Security compliance

Commercial

• Management of the ITT process in partnership with Commercial & Procurement team

Experience

A suitable resource should have the following experience:

• Full program ownership (Strategy, Planning through to execution)
• Management of 3rd parties/suppliers not just in-house
• Suitable scale or CNI experience
