Java spring boot Developer (Banking Services) - Leuven, Belgium

A leading provider within the banking services function is currently hiring for a Java spring boot Developer to join their engineering division in Leuven, Belgium for a 12-month contract.

As the Java Spring Boot within the team, looking for experience in the following areas:

• Strong experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Maven, and Jenkins
• As well as experience with working multiple databases mainly PostgreSQL, MySQL or NoSQL
• Platforms and cloud infrastructure
• Knowledge of software development and has a strong understanding of it
• Agile development, especially in either Scrum or Kanban
• Exposure to microservices is a plus
• Fluent Dutch and English

To be successful within this role, preferably you will have:

• A passion for working in development, especially within Java
• Exposure to working with the latest technologies
• Solid experience in working in a variety of frameworks
