The Senior Business Analyst will drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Duties:

* Partner with Product Owners and Product Managers to identify business opportunities, solve problems, and deliver solutions.
* Identify opportunities to grow your customer portfolio.
* Take responsibility for driving revenue.
* Facilitate product grooming sessions with stakeholders.
* Partner with System Analyst and Tech Leads in order to fully elaborate and size features/stories using SAFe methodology.
* Drive, manage and take ownership of team's roadmap - together with Product team - which includes technical/business asks.
