Maintenance technician

A major pharmaceutical company is searching for; Maintenance technician

Objective:

• Ensuring GMP-compliant and technically flawless operation of technical systems and installations resulting from investment projects
• Ensuring the conformity and safety of technical systems and installations at the site

Main tasks:

• Maintenance of process, production, packaging systems and Devices that can also be used outside of working hours
• Support in monitoring general infrastructure systems, such as ventilation, water treatment and steam generation
• On-call duty/on-call service (approx. 1 per 2 months for 7 days)
• Troubleshooting of production and infrastructure systems
• Continuous improvement of plant operation
• Timely, cost-conscious execution of maintenance orders and repairs to the plants
• Execution and documentation of work in accordance with SOP
• Creation and revision of technical documentation and regulations in the area of responsibility
• Support in the processing of investigation reports in the area of responsibility
• Coordination, monitoring and Supervision of employees of external companies and their work to be carried out, ensuring the correct documentation, ensuring occupational safety, health and environmental protection
• Working safely in accordance with the specifications of the authorities (SUVA, canton, etc.) and company or group regulations
• Ordering and managing spare parts
• Care and maintenance of one's own devices and tools
• Fulfilment of orders given by supervisors
• Specialist decisions on how to proceed in the event of malfunctions in cooperation with supervisors and production managers

Competences

• Technical training and/or further training
• Experience in the office area and Data processing
• Experience working in a quality-regulated environment
• Good knowledge of GMP and GEP desirable
• German, fluent in spoken and written
• English, advanced basic knowledge desirable
• Well-founded know-how regarding working according to GMP
• Well-founded technical understanding of PLC and computer systems
• Knowledge of common fieldbuses, HMIs and SCADA systems
  Well-founded knowledge regarding the maintenance of computer and control systems
• Well-founded knowledge regarding qualifications
• Inspection experience Initiative, resilience, Ability to make decisions, judgment, independence, conscientious way of working
• Ability to think and understand, ability to plan and organize, ability to solve problems, ability to implement
• Ability to communicate (oral), ability to deal with conflict, ability to work in a team, assertiveness
