JOB TITLE: Business Development Executive

SALARY: £20,000 - £24,000 plus quarterly bonus structure

BENEFITS: 20 days plus bank holidays, mobile and laptop, pension scheme, bonus structure, work events

A well-established Hull based company who provide communication solutions to a range of businesses on a national scale looking at tailored solutions for their business needs. They look at the more traditional telecoms routes as well as more modern solutions such as VoIP and SIP technology. They have a close knit team of employee’s, who prides them on having a great working culture as well as enjoying social events outside of work such as Total Warrior and socials.

Due to growth they are now looking to expand their sales team by bringing in a Business Development Executive who will report in to their Sales & Marketing Manager and be concentrating on the South Bank in terms of their region. The succesful Business Development Executive will be responsible for:

* Generating leads, securing new business, qualifying all potential opportunities, managing and developing a growing customer base through up and cross-selling

* Achieving monthly targets/ KPIs

* Delivering high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times

* Consultative/ Solution driven approach


* Highly motivated and sales driven

* At least 1 year of previous sales experience (B2B ideal but not essential)

* No telecoms/ mobile phone sales experience necessary as full training will be given

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* It would also be advantageous if you have experience selling to companies on the South Bank area (Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Cleethorpes etc.)

* Full clean driving license
