Here we seek Business Analysts who have PLATFORM background and who will transition to ServiceNow. They key to this role is Portfolio Project Management and IT. If you are a BA with ServiceNow please get in touch.

You will work on: We are looking for a Business Analyst - ServiceNow ITBM to join our team of PaaS-specialists for our office in Mechelen, Belgium. The client is a PURE Player 100% dedicated to delivering world-class digital business capabilities powered by ServiceNow .

As a Business Analyst - ServiceNow ITBM, you will join our team to help us improve the customer experience across the organization. You will play a significant part to the realization of the customer organization's goals and needs by implementing a more business-focused approach aligned with their strategy.

Scope of work: You will be giving presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow and discuss and analyze GAPS between ServiceNow and the customer's processes.

You will be guiding and conducting workshops in explaining the functional ITBM solution in ServiceNow to the customer. You start off by analysing the organization and understand the key pain points and areas of improvement.

You will be responsible for capturing the customer needs and translating these into functional requirements; convert these in user stories that can be implemented in ServiceNow by you or by our team of technical consultants.

Tailoring the ServiceNow value proposition to prospects based on in-depth research of specific business conditions and drivers.

You will support the implementation by the customer and get support from our technical consultants implementing the technical aspects of the platform.

You clearly document outcomes of meetings and manage follow-ups.

Structured and methodical approach to problem solving

Experience in multicultural environments

Experience in working in an Agile environment

Some experience in giving workshops/presentations and pitching solutions to a customer

Good understanding of PaaS enterprise solutions. Some experience with ServiceNow (designing, configuring & implementing the platform) is of course a very big plus!

Ability to examine, listen, qualify and resolve concerns or obstacles in a logical fashion, emphasizing the solutions or services that will deliver maximum benefit by realizing the customer's strategic goals
