Are you a high performing Business Development Consultant looking for your next new and exciting challenge?

We're looking for a focused and motivated individual to join our team at Driver Hire Manchester West. We are a family focused office with a nurturing environment.

You will be instrumental in the next stage of our company's growth as you will be responsible for building our client base to provide temporary & permanent recruitment services within our driving & non-driving divisions.

* Monday to Friday

* 9am - 5pm

Duties & Responsiblities:

* Territory Mapping

* Cold Calling

* Telephone Sales

* Face to Face Sales

* Business Development

* Attending Sales Visits (must have own reliable transport)

* Increase Sales

* Nurturing existing customer base

* Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPI's

* Updating records/task on CRM

Within our offices there is a strong focus on sales activities across our full range of recruitment products, both temporary & permanent & training services. You will work closely with the Franchisee & ADM to achieve agreed branch targets.

The Ideal candidate will be someone who has

* Proven B2B Sales and Business development experience

* The ability to find new business and develop solid customer relationships

* A full, UK drivers licence

* IT literacy
