Mercator is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking IT Recruitment Resourcer with excellent communication skills who can help Mercator in its continued transformation. You will be open-minded, happy to work on your own or as part of a team.

You will work alongside the Sales Manager and provide support to the Resource Management team. You will play an important role in finding candidates for live vacancies across the whole spectrum of Technology and Digital space.

We are interested in individuals who have worked in delivery/resourcing roles or candidates with no recruitment experience. All candidates must be happy to learn, enthusiastic and have good work ethic. We offer support and progression plans that can see you build a career within the industry.

Role responsibilities:

  • Advertising vacancies and managing candidate responses
  • Actively resourcing suitable candidates for live vacancies
  • Overseeing the entire process from candidate qualification, arranging interviews through to offer and placement stage.
  • Working closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that live vacancies are filled and resourcing pool is continuously updated
  • Ensuring all information is updated and correctly documented on Colleague
