Substantially growing our sales team is a key priority for our business in 2022, so we have a number of fantastic career opportunities for account managers / senior account managers in our Manchester City Centre HQ, with travel in the UK and overseas as appropriate. You will be responsible for

* identifying growth opportunities within our existing client base,

* managing and developing a small portfolio of Enterprise clients, and

* partnering with major high profile international brands

* collaborating with our internal Product & Innovation teams to ensure that we continue to solve the problems which our clients have, and exceed their expectations.

Applicants should have the following experience and characteristics:

* c2-4+ years’ experience as an Account Manager

* Can demonstrate success in growing multiple accounts at C-suite level, within one or more of the following market sectors – Digital / Technology marketing, SaaS, FMCG, Gaming, Toys, Sport, Media…

* Able to quickly understand clients’ needs, and proactively develop solutions to establish respect, trust and ultimately grow accounts over the long term. Quick to spot opportunities to upsell.

* Experience in building multi-level and multi-department relationships with large corporates

* Able to build excitement and interest in our products through your enthusiasm and engaging personality

* Builds long term relationships through trust, credibility and knowledge

* Proactive in building strong networks across our market sectors

* Language skills would be a great advantage

* With many of our clients operating across different time zones, you must be able to work flexibly and be willing to travel (as appropriate)

* Team oriented and motivated as much by the success of the whole business as your individual achievement

* Keen interest in children’s consumer products and the technology that drives this market sector

* Keen to work in a future focused environment that is rapidly evolving
