Senior Cyber Risk Management IAM Engineer

Salary: $120K-$150K % Bonus

Location: 100% Remote

Prestigious Fortune 500 company is seeking a Senior Cyber Risk Management IAM Engineer experienced with Scripting or programming languages such as Python, Java, or PowerShell and hands-on experience with a cloud platform such as AWS or Azure. Bonus points to those with SailPoint experience.

Requirements

  • Experience with IAM concepts and technologies to include Identity Governance and Administration and Privileged Access Management
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations
  • Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) a plus
  • Eager for continuous learning and improvement
  • 4+ year experience in related role
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cyber security or equivalent work experience
  • SailPoint, IIQ not required but highly preferred

Responsibility

  • Enable the rapid business adoption of technology through the development of innovative identity and access management solutions
  • Create a delightful access experience by applying principles of process simplification and UX design, reducing or eliminating friction in maintaining a secure and compliant environment
  • Implementation of end-to-end automation for IAM processes, while providing guidance and support as a trusted SME
  • Support development of strategy, vision and roadmap implementation of authentication, authorization, and identity governance controls
  • Develop strong working relationships with and offer continuous assistance and thought leadership to other contributors in the information technology organization
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and business partners in the information security industry
  • Educate, coach, and mentor junior members of the team on technical, interpersonal, and team dynamics, company policy & procedures, and other topics
  • Maintain knowledge, ensures competency and compliance with policies and procedures to be the technical expert while collaborating with cross-functional teams
