Digital Programme Management

Director Responsibilities:

Act as the primary Engagement Lead for delivery of large-scale and complex programs for client's digital business, consulting or transformation programs

Oversee and drive the programme across all disciplines and regions to ensure the organisation works as one team to deliver business value

Facilitate internal teams and advise clients on connecting solutions and integrating processes to ensure programme development is in line with broader goals and objectives of the programme

Work as part of our onsite engagement and leadership providing input to implementation strategy and solution strategy across the account team. Develop leaders, focusing on data-driven decision-making framework and empowering them as agility transformation agents

Provide guidance on consistent application of programme and project management methodologies that align with strategic plans supporting end-to-end delivery of digital programmes

Define processes and tools needed by teams across all programmes or capabilities to enable successful programme implementation

Track and evaluate the delivery metrics of the product teams within the engagement and facilitate continuous improvement to improve flow, quality, and value realisation

Partner with clients to plan, formulate and evolve an Agile customer-focused digital business transformation strategy, estimation, facilitation and budget planning for value-based digital business transformation. Act as a Trusted Advisor to clients to transform their business by guiding internal stakeholders, to support account health and drive account-level planning across industries. Own or liaise with the Executive stakeholders to communicate programme executional metrics, risks, issues, and dependencies across the global delivery model. Escalate and track impediments. Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks Articulate engagement commercial metrics including client outcomes, leakage, burn rate, revenue & margins, etc. Deliver thought-leadership around industry, process, PMO, digital delivery, and technology on behalf of the organisation

Lead/support the development of proposals to address customer-defined value propositions in collaboration with the internal bid and customer management teams

Qualifications and Experience:

10 + years of experience leading Agile Transformation efforts advising clients on developing SAFe/agile implementation roadmaps (setup/execution/post-support coaching) partnering and advising C-Level and Senior Management on the ground during all phases of adoption. 7-10 years' experience in industry roles with business and technology moving towards features-based and customer-experience based development. CSM, CPSO certified SAFe certified Bachelor of Arts or Science required.

Preferred degree in business, technology, or information systems

Effective systems thinking skills and the ability to identify interconnectivity across multiple streams of work. Demonstrated ability to navigate a large tech enterprise, and manage ambiguity without disruption to project progress

Experience in managing product and software development life cycles and experience with Agile project management methodologies

Experience in a global program management role including experience managing a team of over 20 project resources

Experience with a distributed delivery model, leading diverse teams, and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment for end-to-end engagements

Strong communication and leadership skills and be able to and work alongside major techology vendors

Experience creating and managing a budget for large projects, monitoring financial outcomes of projects and providing financial recommendations to senior stakeholders Leadership experience in a matrixed technology organization and familiarity with projects that span multiple development teams Knowledge of best practices in design thinking/user-centered design (eg, user research, hypothesis-driven development, prototyping, and usability testing)

Comfortable with presenting to C-level executives, senior business leaders and technology leaders. Experience and knowledge delivering solutions using agile methodologies like SAFe, Spotify, scrum, Kanban, and hybrid. Change Management and adoption strategy experience for Agile Transformation is preferred

Effective leadership, analytical skills, and negotiation skills

Demonstrated experience at driving Agile transformations from design to implementation

Proven ability to lead large scale workshop style events

Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience desired, specializing in Agile delivery and digital transformation

Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience with either a Big 4 Consulting firm or a more specialized boutique consulting firms specializing in digital transformation

Preferred experience working with and understanding both business and IT Ability to work across varying levels and disciplines within an organisation

Effective conflict resolution skills

Ability to work permanently in the EU/UK on a Full time basis
