Package and Benefits of a Business Development Manager:
£22,000 to £27,000 per annum, with a guaranteed OTE of £60K in your first year
Sociable working hours; 8.45am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Frequent social sessions in Manchester with free food and drink!Your role as a Business Development Manager:
Virtually meeting with potential clients that have been sourced by the sales team
Looking after any new and existing clients, and maintaining client relationships
Demonstrating the product and ensuring you are representing BrightHR in a professional manner
Closing the sale on the product and providing any immediate aftercare needed
Converting new leads into sales, and identifying additional opportunities
Maximising sales opportunities and providing a consultative approach to ensure client satisfaction
Working to targets and KPI's while self-managing to ensure objectives are met.
Requirements for a Business Development Manager:
Experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in a consultative setting
Resilience to work in a busy environment
Good business acumen, and a commercial mind-set
Self-motivated and pro-active attitude and desire for progression
Desire to learn, develop and become a product expert
