My client is looking for a IT support engineer with previous experience in First / Second line support roles to join their growing infrastructure team. This team is responsible for providing a first point of call for users and delivering strategic IT projects.

The client is a leading cloud and web-based software provider in the financial sector with the aim to simplify business processes such as insurance underwriting, operations and customer support. They work with clients such as Aviva, QBE and Zurich and have consistently been growing year on year.

The role offers hybrid working conditions to provide flexibility and work life balance, with the offices are based in South East London.

Essential skills:

- Previous experience in a support or helpdesk role
- Experience in Microsoft Desktop, Windows 10, Windows 2016/2019 servers)
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Desired skills:

- Experience in LAN/WAN and VPN
- Knowledge of Patching and deployment methods
