We're recruiting for a Consultant to join our Commercial division in Weybridge and the ideal candidate will have:

Spark and initiative - recruitment can be a tough gig, so you need to show us that you can think outside of the box to hit your targets and you'll reap the rewards
A proactive nature - that oomph and 'Go Get 'Em' attitude is part of our culture here, being competitive helps too
Authenticity - you can be both professional and have a personality, so we want to see it! The candidates and clients you'll be working with will want to see it too - they're also people after all!
Sales experience - what you've sold doesn't really matter, however some experience in B2B sales is a must as we think it's important you've had some exposure to the market we operate in. We can teach you the rest! If you're passionate about people, performance and your career, we'd love to hear from you!
Package: £28,000 - £32,000, Year 1 OTE £10,000 - £15,000 (uncapped)
