We get it. Lockdown was ok for a while. We got to work at home in our PJs, give the dog a cuddle after a tough call and our commute consisted of walking up/down the stairs to our spare room .. *ahem* home office. But then home schooling started to get in the way (who knew KS1 Maths was so difficult these days), we all got bored of shouting "you're on mute!" and we generally just missed being around our work family.

Well - BMS Performance are back post Covid and we're better than ever (if we do say so ourselves). We're firing into the Roaring 20s with gusto and we want you onboard!

We're recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our central London Recruitment team and successful applicants will:

Be a great sales person - you'll know how to prospect new clients effectively and you'll have at least 12 months business development experience.
Be highly motivated and target driven - we want to know what gets you up in the morning and makes you tick!
Be proactive - in a highly competitive market and industry, it's so important that we see that your proactivity is second nature.
Have initiative and creativity - in an ever changing job market, you'll need to be able to think outside the box to stay ahead of the competition.
