Reporting to the Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include:-
Managing the Payroll and Incentives team within Financial Accounting and Control
Ensuring the team meet monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines
Identifying and driving process improvements
Taking ownership of finance business partnering between HR and the Financial Accounting teams, looking at employee costs, bonuses and calculations
Reporting of complex technical data
Ensuring compliance with all financial controls
Managing a small team
Fully qualified Accountant, ideally ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Experience of working in a large complex business
Strong analytical skills
Excellent presentation skills as this role will involve working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
