We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Livingston. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive rate of £12 per hour, plus great benefits.

About the Customer Service Advisor role:

As our Customer Service Advisor, you will be answering inbound calls on credit card payments and account-related requests from our Clients Customers e.g. card activations, payments, and name and address updates for cardholders.

Main responsibilities of our Customer Service Advisor:

Answering incoming telephone calls

Providing excellent customer services at all times while building and maintaining a professional relationship with customers

Processing card payments

Logging and processing of complaints

Raising issues and potential problems with management

Working with other internal teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers

What we’re looking for in our Customer Service Advisor:

Customer service experience (face to face or telephone)

Excellent communication and listening skills

IT literacy

The ability to work as part of a team

The ability to work under pressure

A good telephone manner

Customer-focused and results orientated
