SF Recruitment are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a fantastic Health and Social care client of ours based in Derby. This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday. Our client is looking for an experienced recruitment professional who can come in and hit the ground running. Our client offers flexible home working 3-4 days a week with just one day a week in their Derby office.

Main duties will include
- Produce compelling high-quality adverts and social media posts to attract best talent candidates
- Advise and support hiring managers with reactive and pro-active talent acquisition strategies including using creative and emerging methods
- Co-produce with Marketing short term digital attraction strategies to target reactive recruitment needs and be responsible for delivering strategies
- Develop and manage talent acquisition campaigns and source candidates using job boards, CV databases, PPC advertising, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, refer a friend, radio/press/offline marketing, and recruitment agencies,
- Develop and manage local talent pipelines including using technologies to create networks
- Be part of a talent acquisition team that will work together to provide a seamless service to hiring managers
- Support managers with interviewing, selection, and assessment processes.
- Provide a comprehensive support and advisory service on Talent Acquisition matters, particularly in relation to technology and processes and Talent Acquisition programmes
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and Area Managers to: produce recruitment MI to inform the ongoing area management; improve manager capability on talent acquisitions; understand turnover, competitor activity and salary benchmarking to inform local recruitment strategies.

Our client is looking for experienced candidates who can really make a difference. Their ideal candidate will be innovative and help implement new recruitment strategies by advising the team on effective ways to source candidates in the local and national market. You will be a confident communicator, must be able to think outside the box and be a good team player. Our client is ideally looking for candidates who have health and social care knowledge, however this is not essential.
