ICIS Technology is searching for an experienced, enthusiastic, and capable Agile Business Analyst with a data-aware mindset to join our team. The Business Analyst’s role is to ensure that high quality product is delivered in the most efficient way to the customer through agile ways of working. You will work closely with development squad and product teams to translate business needs into strong User Stories. You will also perform the role of Scrum Master, facilitating sprint ceremonies, resolving impediments for your squad, and ensuring delivery of user stories.
Your responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to
Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Excellent communication and team-working skills
Ability to lead and contribute to stakeholder discussions
Comfortable working with the business and building working relationships with stakeholders.
Work with Product owners to ensure their goals are defined and understood
The ability to create smart user stories and collaborating with developers to ensure that user story and use case is understood.
Remove impediments to delivery
Be passionate about continuous improvement.
Experience running workshops and taking interviews.
Work with the wider organisation on agility, agile ways of working and the benefits of such practices
We expect our Business Analyst to train up and feel comfortable around the technology stack used. Whilst not compulsory, exposure to any of the tools/technologies listed below (or similar) would be preferable – and would certainly help you settle to the role faster!

What you will be doing
Understanding requirements, product roadmap, stakeholder objectives and working closely with Product Owners by carrying out workshops and interviews.
Data Analysis and coordinating with Data Modellers.
Working with the testing team for finalising test scenarios and defining Acceptance Criteria.
Guiding testers and product owners during user acceptance testing.
Managing the product backlog in JIRA ensuring it is prioritised and ready for development.
Facilitating all sprint ceremonies as a Scrum Master (daily stand-up, backlog refinement, retrospective, sprint planning and sprint review).
Investigating problems, opportunities, seeking effective options by identifying benefits to come up with solutions to improve our product.
Working with the team to understand the technical solution design
