At the start of 2022 G-Force are moving into new bigger office premises. Due to this exciting period of growth. We are expanding our team and are looking for Account Managers to come and join our extremely professional and friendly team.
We are looking to discuss this opportunity with either current Account Managers within the recruitment industry or consultants who are looking for a new challenge and looking for the next step in their career. - Undertaking inductions and support training schedules, medicals, site tours etc
- Undertaking weekly KPI's – Attending management meetings to discuss improvements and celebrate successes
- Management of weekly payroll compliance for candidates - including dealing with any queries
- On site check ins
- Undertaking return to work interviews, exit interviews and disciplinary process.
- Managing your resourcing and administration support team to provide new candidates to join your team. Constantly look to place candidates in to work, retain staff and increase availability
This is not a traditional 9 to 5 role, but it is exciting and rewarding. Hours are 41.5 per week, but the right candidate will need to be flexible in order to ensure "check in" is covered on all shifts. Check ins will be shared with the team, and you must be a good team player, a good communicator, be easy to get along with and have a positive outlook.
Our Account Managers received dedicated contract and administration support to ensure your time is fully focused on building relationships and servicing the needs of your client.
The role will be predominantly based in our office, but travel to your client sites will be necessary to perform your onsite responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a minimum two year’s previous recruitment experience with the ability to manage and focus the support team around them. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will ultimately be responsible for the client relationships and service delivery within your client portfolio.
We offer an extremely competitive basic salary. This will be based on your previous earnings and experience to ensure we are able to maintain salary expectations. We also offer a generous uncapped and achievable commission structure. We work in nice modern offices and our team are supportive and friendly.
