We have an industry leading comms scheme that is clear and transparent. There are no thresholds for contract of permanent billing. We offer you a flat percentage of whatever you bill and this is across your entire billing, This amount increases as you bill more. We offer up to 30% of your invoicing as commission. No shared team bonus scheme. No goal posts moving. No secret commission schemes. Everything is right out in the open.
We have a transparent promotional scheme that operates across a 12 month basis. We discuss targets and work towards delivering them. Doing so achieves a promotion.
We’ll also give you the opportunity to go to some great trips and incentives. Our last one was 2 nights away in Edinburgh and a Michelin Star Dinner and we have 2 more planned for 2022. We do monthly incentives.
We also have a brand new Birmingham centre offices that we’ve recently refitted and can offer employees the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week if required. We have structured our business to make our consultants successful
We operate within defined vertical markets where individuals can become specialists and respected experts in their chosen space. This also promotes collaboration between our teams as a client win is good for everyone within the agency.
We also allow consultants the flexibility they need to maximise opportunities where they find them. We're more interested in figuring out how to deliver business than tell you what you can and can't do.
If you work with us you’ll be given access to our entire client base and will get the opportunity to deliver on any vacancy in your area across the entirety of the UK. We have no house accounts and nothing is gated off. Likewise we have one central location that we operate out of, so there is no internal tension competing with different regional offices etc.
We believe we have built a respected brand in the industry and a large percentage of our business is done off personal referrals and recommendations.
