About the Role
As a UX Designer you will:

Be responsible for analysing and improving the user experience of our client’s multi-brand website by implementing designs that align with their digital mission
Have a passion for Research, usability and all things UX
Work as part of an agile team and collaborating with the wider business.
About the Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities and accountabilities as UX Designer are to:

Create compelling, intuitive and innovative designs, user flows, wireframes, storyboards, mock-ups and prototypes
Ensure a design meets the product vision and core business objectives while providing users with the optimum experience
Work on cross-platform applications to develop user experience on a variety of devices
Collaborate with front-end developers and marketing teams to create and manage a pattern library
About You
To be successful for the role of UX Designer, you will need the following skills and experience:

Prior professional experience in UI/UX Design with a user-centric focus, as
demonstrated in a work portfolio
Can map out and understand the customer journey along with creation of wireframes
Can produce high quality design specifications
Strong communication skills, you can take others on the design journey
You’re able to collaborate with other disciplines and receive critique
Working knowledge of tools such as Sketch & Invision (preferred)
Can use analysis tools to identify further opportunity
About the Hours & Rewards
As UX Designer you will work 42.5 hours per week and there is on offer:

A salary of up to £40,000 per annum
