Role: Jr. Business System Analyst
Duration: Till end of April 2022
Location: Amsterdam, NL


The background here is this role will support Susi and myself on the Ireland transition project.

Profile of a junior PM type with system implementation experience or a Junior Business Systems Analyst with experience with one or two projects or has been in role for 2 years or so.

This person is more of a generalist that will be asked to perform a variety of responsibilities.

These are the expected responsibilities. This is not an all-inclusive list; more responsibilities could emerge and driven by need.

Assist in PowerPoint preparation, making updates per review comments
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) preparation
o Produce Test cases and scripts for UAT testers
o Track UAT Progress and metrics
o Help triage reported issues
o Conduct testing as per documented testing steps

Make initial draft versions of business requirements or user stories and make updates as per review comments
Maintain DevOps (functionality ticketing/documentation system/test cases updates) release prioritisation and items.
o Ensure new items are triaged or evaluated and prioritised accordingly - both Defects and User Stories. Experience in writing requirements.
o Prepare and review prioritisation for release meetings with team members.
o Work with Product Configuration and Pricing, Discounting, Quoting, Order and Invoicing and Boundary systems to ensure linked items are created and maintained.
o Perform analysis on trends and enhancement and defect backlog to provide meaningful status updates to management on LOE utilisation and capacity challenges.
