Joshua Robert Recruitment have partnered with an independent international property consultancy to recruit for their Birmingham team for a Lettings Administrator/ Business Support Coordinator in an exciting time of growth.

The Role:

You will be expected to provide effective and efficient support to the Team with the following responsibilities:
• Assisting with property enquiries and viewing, putting forward offers and negotiating tenancy terms when required and drafting up all paperwork for new tenancies such as Tenancy Agreements.
• Registering deposits under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and maintaining up to date records of deposit returns as part of the end of tenancy procedure.
• Dealing with routine and emergency maintenance reports and instructing the appropriate contractors.
• To deal with clients in a helpful and confident manner.
• General support to the team and office.

The Person:

This is a full-time role. You will have similar experience experience in a similar administrative role. You will be confident and cheerful with the ability to communicate and deal with others at all levels in a polite and professional manner both on the phone and face to face. You will be flexible, self-motivated and organised with good computing and administration skills. It is also important you have a strong interest in property. Overall, you will be adaptable and have a “hands on” attitude.
