Office and Field Based, as required

Purpose & Objectives of the job

* Act as a key contributor to a target-driven, customer focused, commission-based sales team

* Maintain a pipeline of prospective sales

* Manage and coordinate outbound and inbound sales calls

* To contribute to the achievement of the sales forecast as set out in the Annual Business Plan

Main duties or tasks

Ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, at all times, throughout the entire sales and delivery process

* Managing and delivering on sales as per individual targets and the overall business plan

* Consistent achievement of personal sales goals.

* Tracking sales and timely reporting of results as required. Close liaison with Finance team.

* Working effectively and in line with the Sales Management Process

* Developing accurate, profitable sales quotes and proposals.

* Working with the wider sales team to ensure inbound and outbound sales calls are managed effectively, to the highest standard.

* Promoting the organisation and products, wherever possible.

* Deep understanding of the ideal customer and how they relate to our products.

* Comply with all GDPR confidentiality and data security requirements and report any potential issues or breaches to the MD

* Be responsible for your own Health and Safety and report any potential issues to the MD

* Any other reasonable task as requested by a Manager or Director of the business.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

* Degree in business or related field desirable but not essential.

* 2 years minimum Sales experience in a B2B environment.

* Experience in customer relationship management.

* Team player

* Ability to work at pace but in a methodical and organised manner.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Dedication to providing great customer service.

* Self motivated and results orientated

* Proactive and uses initiative
