Type: Contract (12 months+)

A Fantastic new role has just opened up at one of our leading Swiss based clients offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a hard-working team working on exciting projects in the biotech sector. The proposed start date is ASAP - We need YOU

Responsibilities:

  • To act as clinical QA representative and provide QA guidance to support the organization in order to ensure compliance with GCP, and the QA requirements
  • To maintain and archive the clinical QA documents system, clinical QA systems, protocol deviation, investigations and change control
  • To assist on general activities putting in place QMS from scratch
  • To ensure that clinical QA training program and materials are maintained and archived and facilitate the training to clinical organization
  • To facilitate collaboration with chosen partners internationally
  • To follow and track CAPAs related to audit, report metrics and monitor effectiveness
  • To visit pilot plant as required (frequency will be determined)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in biological sciences, chemistry, or related field
  • More than 3 years' experience in Clinical Quality function or to have held a mid-senior level Quality position in the Biopharma industry
  • Practical working knowledge of GCP and all related EU & FDA regulatory requirements and ICH guidelines
  • Team spirit, sense of responsibility and adaptability
  • Ability to take pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of clinical organization team
  • Good verbal and written communication in English with French or German being an added bonus
