Business Process Engineer Finance (Infor M3)

Experis Switzerland is looking for a Business Process Engineer Finance. Our client is a leading global manufacturer of automatic door systems with around 100 employees in Switzerland and globally in 40 countries.

Duration: Permanent contract

The department Business Applications is responsible for developing and delivering the corporate business solutions and processes.

They are looking for a person with a drive for continuous improvement, affinity with data and interest to digitalize our processes.

His/her role will be to design, harmonize and implement our finance processes, roll-out strategic projects and support day to day operations.

Your profile:

  • 7+ years experience in implementation and management of ERP-Systems, preferably Infor M3
  • Operations excellence in business improvement projects in area of product configuration, Sales and installation (planning)
  • Hands-on experience in process re-design, digitalization, and implementation of innovative solutions
  • Broad understanding of application and integration landscape
  • Experienced project manager who successfully implemented mid to large size international projects
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to build the IT strategy; an international, high available, cloud oriented IT environment
  • Ideally you gained experience in in a project oriented, made to order environment
  • With your communication skills and positive attitude you resolve as easy end user problems as you advice our leadership on process improvement initiatives
  • Good team player and relationship builder
  • You are flexible and can work under pressure towards deadlines
  • Fluent English and either French or German language skills (written, spoken).
  • Willing to travel (10%-40%)
  • Bachelor or similar experience in business administration and/or information technology

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Represent finance, reporting and controlling in design and implementation of our ERP strategy
  • Coordinate and harmonize requirements of the different (international) Business Units and turnaround them into solutions
  • In your role as 2nd Level-Support you coordinate and control resolution of issues and problems
  • Coordination of external service partners
