For our client we are looking for Senior System Analyst for 5G development within the Cloud Radio Access Network area to be included in their team. (remote work is possible).
Our client is one of the leading companies within mobile communication development and we are now looking for system analysts within the Cloud Radio Access Network area who would like to join us in the exciting development of 5G mobile telephony.
Cloud RAN is a cloud-native software solution handling compute functionality in the RAN. It will add more versatility to network buildouts and address a variety of 5G use cases. The project is about virtualization of the traffic control software of the radio access network and entails the migration from custom-built network nodes to network functionality implemented in software running on a generic hardware compute platform.
You have 5+ years of RAN system development experience, in-depth knowledge of LTE/NR, or other wireless technologies and experience from working in large scale development projects. It is a must to have good programming skills in C,C++ or Java.
It is a plus if you also have knowledge in 4G/5G NodeB/eNodeB architecture as well as an/a
- tools as GIT, Jira and Jenkins
- experience with virtualization and cloud based solutions
- understanding or experience in Cloud RAN Based Architecture
- experience in Layer 3 related traffic functions
- Good understanding or experience within Kubernetes ecosystem
- General Knowledge or experience in Cloud RAN Based Architecture

As a System Analyst in one of our customer assignments you will have a central role by driving studies and defining the system architecture of multi-standard & 5G products. You will analyse market- and product requirements, define system architecture, allocate functionalities and performance, and drive the studies by cooperating with cross functional teams within system, design, integration and verification.
