We are looking for a Change Manager to reinforce our consulting team working for client projects in Luxembourg.


  • Create actionable deliverables for different change management levels: readiness assessments, impact analysis, communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan, communications materials (presentations, speaking notes, videos etc.)
  • Conduct readiness assessments and impact analysis of the changes to be implemented
  • Identify and build sponsor coalition; select and prepare change management team together with the Project Manager
  • Coach and equip senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsors and help their direct reports through transitions
  • Identify, and address anticipated and ad-hoc resistance from any stakeholders
  • Produce change management support material when required to improve internal awareness and adoption, while ensuring alignment with the brand guidelines and the Communications team
  • Review and provide quality assurance for change management support material prepared by the staff and other consultants
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans
  • Leverage on new technologies to develop new change management communication channels
  • Provide project team with tools to monitor and support the adoption of services and deliverables post go-live

Your profile:

  • University degree in finance, economics, business administration, or equivalent education;
  • Between 6 and 8 years of experience including in similar assignments in International financial institutions or similar peers' organisations (mandatory);
  • Experience in reporting and working with senior management (mandatory);
  • Experience and knowledge of change management/communications principles, methodologies and tools (mandatory);
  • Change management certification (mandatory);
  • Experience with project management activities (mandatory);
  • Advanced skills in MS Office 365 and MS Office tools, such as: Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint (mandatory);
  • Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process;
  • Advanced skills in change management tools to increase adoption of transformation initiatives;
  • Knowledge of other tools for presentations is an advantage (eg ThinkCell, Power User, etc.);
  • Very good knowledge of collaboration tools, such as SharePoint and Teams;
  • Ideally previous experience in working with EU Institutions or similar public sector bodies (strong advantage)
  • Native or near native written and spoken English.
  • Good experience of working in the change management scope of transformation initiatives and projects;
