Production Support Analyst

Urgent daily rate contract role, rolling nature, ASAP interview and start. Your main responsibilities will involve:
Track, fix and report all issues raised by users globally
Manage major incidents ensuring timely communications and working collaboratively with Technology partners to restore services and in adherence with enterprise standards
Liaise with the development team with regards to required changes/upgrades to these applications across a large user base
Work with support team to streamline and improve processes to deliver efficiencies in the delivery of production support
Partner with Infrastructure teams to support the rollout of non-functional change
Maintain algorithms in ITRS making sure they conform to current alerting requirements
Use SQL, C, Unix Scripting languages in order to troubleshoot functional errors
Develop relationships with key business stakeholders .
T-SQL skills (Microsoft SQL Server/Sybase)
Industry applications such as SWIFT and ITRS
Certification in ITIL
